Challenge

The specialty coffee brand wanted to shift from one-off to recurring subscriptions, with flexible delivery windows and communication around roast cycles. The old site treated subscriptions as an add-on, not the core product. The goal: subscription-first UX, predictable MRR and measurable retention.

Approach

We implemented Shopify Subscriptions with prepaid bundles and skip/pause options. A churn dashboard exposed drop-off points, and Klaviyo flows mapped to roast cycles and preferences. PDP and homepage were redesigned subscription-first.
